Grief is everywhere, yet most people are left to navigate it alone or are offered support that rushes, minimises, or pathologises their experience.

The Grief Sanctuary Academy was created to fill a gap:
not therapy, not coaching but grounded, ethical grief support for the real world.

We train Grief Consultants who can hold space, stabilise, and walk alongside grief without fixing, silencing, or overstepping.
 

A Grief Consultant is a trained professional who supports individuals, families, communities, and workplaces affected by loss.

Grief Consultants do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy.
They work within clear ethical scope, focusing on presence, understanding, and support.

This role exists for people who feel called to grief work but do not wish to become clinicians.

Grief Consultant Certification

• 3 months of professional training 
• Weekly live sessions 
• Companion practice 
• Ethical scope & boundaries 
• Business & practice foundations 
• 3 months post-certification support
   

This is a professional pathway, not a short course.

• People with lived experience of grief 
• Coaches, carers, advocates, community leaders 
• Those seeking meaningful, purpose-led work 
• People who value ethics, boundaries, and depth
   

• Those seeking quick income 
• Anyone wanting clinical authority 
• Fixers or rescuers 
• People unwilling to engage in inner work

This certification requires time, presence, and personal engagement.

Weekly sessions, reflection, and integration are part of the process.

This Academy was created and is led by Donna - from lived experience, professional grief work, and a deep respect for what grief requires.

This is not a mass programme.
